Do you accept returns / exchanges?

What should I do if I have a customer service issue?
Please send your enquiry to helloclausvintage@gmail.com. We aim to respond to your request within 1-3 working days. You can find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email (don't forget to check your junk folder). Please reach out to us if your item hasn't arrived within a reasonable time frame.
