How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days of your purchase. You will be notified of dispatch along with tracking information via email. 

How fast the package will get to you depends on where you are living.

All our vintage items are pre-loved and may have minor flaws. Any significant flaws will be detailed in the description.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Furthermore, we will not be able to cancel your order if it has been processed. Please email us if there is an issue with your order: helloclausvintage@gmail.com

Incorrect address

We are not responsible if your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address (including missing postcode). We are happy to re-send your item to the correct address for a fee.
